GOAL

Unify BING, MSN and Edge seamlessly providing a consistent search, explore and task completion experience.

SOLUTION

We identified key issues for a user navigating through the Microsoft ecosystem of Edge browser, Bing and MSN. We also mapped out how inconsistent experience across the properties like (search experience, user profile, header, visual system, grid and branding etc.) was confusing the users. We created multiple iterations of the possible framework updates so that a user can navigate seamlessly. We also created multiple scenarios which showcased how we can integrate Bing intelligence and features which can be used across properties.
